Good morning everyone! It has been difficult to get back into our daily routine after this incredible weekend. After a nutritive breakfast we went to class. Meanwhile the new students took their placement tests and tomorrow we’ll all change class. A new week brings new chances and new opportunities to make new friends and improve our English level in the language course abroad. Hola familias y amigos! Podemos decir que nuestra aventura en el curso de inglés en el extranjero ya ha finalizado. Los alumnos de Kilkenny College vuelven esta tarde a casa, finalizando así su experiencia en Irlanda. Esperamos que hayáis disfrutado al máximo y que hayáis aprendido muchísimo de éste viaje. El domingo volvió a ser nuestro Free Day. Por ello, decidimos bajar a explorar por última vez el pueblecito de Kilkenny, y así acabar de comprar los últimos detalles para nuestros familiares y llevarnos unos recuerdos que nos dibujaran una sonrisa de oreja a oreja al recordar el viaje. Hello families! Our first week in the English course abroad is almost over. Today we went on an excursion to Brighton, one of the most important cities in the south coast of England. After an early breakfast we set off by coach at 9 a.m. to our destination. Conversation never let up during the 2h journey. Hello families! Saturday was a lovely visiting, walking and shopping day! We woke up and had breakfast as usual, and got ready to go. At 9 am we were leaving the school in direction to Dublin. Once there, we spent the whole morning jumping from one shop to another, the children bought clothes and gifts for the family. After lunch, in the afternoon, we visited Dublinia “Experience Viking and Medieval Dublin”. What is it? Good morning everyone! Is there any better way to start the weekend than a day trip to London? After a delicious breakfast we set off by coach at 9 a.m. to the capital. Conversation never let up during the 2h 30 min journey. Due to the protests our plans changed. Originally we were going to stop off at Leicester Square, however because of the Trump related protests we instead headed for Westminster. Hello families and friends! Are you missing us? We’re having so much fun in the language course abroad. As every day, we have met in the common area at 7.45 a.m. to go to the cafeteria all together. At the end of breakfast, we have brushed our teeth well. The weather has canceled our plans to take a bath and swim in the «River More», so the ATC monitors have come looking for us to do series of morning port activities. Good morning everyone! We can’t believe it’s already Friday! Time goes so fast in the language course abroad. After a very nice breakfast we have gone to class. We were quite nervous as we had to present our English projects in front of all the students, but in the end we all did great. Some of us made a video while others have made a poster presentation. Hello families! Welcome back to the blog! Sorry for the delay, we had some troubles with the Wi-Fi connections, and it was impossible to upload the blog. Anyway… on Thursday kids learned a lot of new Smithwick’s, a beer which brewery was founded in Kilkenny in 1710. As every day we have met in the common area at 7.45 a.m. to go to the cafeteria all together. After breakfast, we had the ‘Monday Day Tour’ at «The Smithwick’s Experience Kilkenny». Good morning mums and dads, Last Sunday started this magnific experience in England. We are enjoy this language course abroad with English Summer S.A. Some of us had met in Tamarit’s Summer Camp before and the other ones, in the airport this Sunday morning when we took the flight from Barcelona’s airport to Birmingham.
