¡Hola a todos! Ya estamos a viernes y los chicos han hecho hoy sus últimas clases de inglés en Kilkenny college. ¡Esto ya se acaba! Por la tarde, después de comer han tenido un rato para descansar y prepararse para una tarde de deportes. Ahora, después de cenar, todos los niños del campamento han participado en un juego que consite en lo siguiente: simbolizando el programa televisivo “take me out” conocido en Irlanda, los chicos y chicas que querían participar, han tenido que contestar diversas preguntas de forma individual ante un jurado formado por 10 pretendientes/as. ¡Buenas noches! ¡¡Nuestra primera semana en Kilkenny sigue yendo fenomenal!! Esta mañana, después de desayunar, hemos hecho arts&crafts donde los niños han pintado unas súper máscaras‍‍. Luego, han hecho deporte y finalmente han cocinado‍. Han hecho unos pasteles, madalenas y queesh de jamón y queso. ¡Todo buenísimo! Por la tarde han tenido clases de inglés. Los chicos siguen contentos en sus clases y niveles respectivos así que no ha habido ningún cambio. ¡Y lo mejor para la noche! Hoy ha tocado Irish night, hemos aprendido bailes y canciones típicas de Irlanda y nos hemos echado unas buenas risas. ¡¡Mañana más!!…

¡Buenas noches! Ya estamos en kilkenny. Aunque el vuelo se nos ha retrasado un poco por causa de las malas condiciones meteorológicas en los alrededores de Barcelona, ¡ha ido todo perfecto! En el grupo de kilkenny somos 14 niños y hemos aprovechado el trayecto en autobús de Dublin a kilkenny para conocernos un poco más. Al llegar, nos hemos instalado y hemos cenado pizzas en el exterior. Cenando, hemos conocido a otros alumnos y monitores del campamento. Hola familias y amigos! Podemos decir que nuestra aventura en el curso de inglés en el extranjero ya ha finalizado. Los alumnos de Kilkenny College vuelven esta tarde a casa, finalizando así su experiencia en Irlanda. Esperamos que hayáis disfrutado al máximo y que hayáis aprendido muchísimo de éste viaje. El domingo volvió a ser nuestro Free Day. Por ello, decidimos bajar a explorar por última vez el pueblecito de Kilkenny, y así acabar de comprar los últimos detalles para nuestros familiares y llevarnos unos recuerdos que nos dibujaran una sonrisa de oreja a oreja al recordar el viaje. Hello families! Saturday was a lovely visiting, walking and shopping day! We woke up and had breakfast as usual, and got ready to go. At 9 am we were leaving the school in direction to Dublin. Once there, we spent the whole morning jumping from one shop to another, the children bought clothes and gifts for the family. Hello families and friends! Are you missing us? We’re having so much fun in the language course abroad. As every day, we have met in the common area at 7.45 a.m. to go to the cafeteria all together. At the end of breakfast, we have brushed our teeth well. The weather has canceled our plans to take a bath and swim in the «River More», so the ATC monitors have come looking for us to do series of morning port activities. Hello families! Welcome back to the blog! Sorry for the delay, we had some troubles with the Wi-Fi connections, and it was impossible to upload the blog. Anyway… on Thursday kids learned a lot of new Smithwick’s, a beer which brewery was founded in Kilkenny in 1710. As every day we have met in the common area at 7.45 a.m. to go to the cafeteria all together. After breakfast, we had the ‘Monday Day Tour’ at «The Smithwick’s Experience Kilkenny». Hello everyone, It’s our last week in the language course abroad and we’re glad to tell you that this experience couldn’t be nicer. We are enjoying all the excursions and activities that ATC monitors have prepared to us, and we have made lots of new and different friends here. At 7.45 a.m. we have met in the common area to go to breakfast. At 9 a.m. three Group leaders of different places were waiting us to go to our morning activity. Hello everyone, Are you ready to know everything we have done today in the language courses abroad? We haven’t stopped a second! At 7.45 a.m. we have met in the common area to go to breakfast. After breakfast, we have gone to visit Kilkenny Castle, a castle built in 1195 to control a fording-point of the River Nore and the junction of several routeways. We did a self-guided tour of the castle interiors which have included the so called ‘medieval room’ in the basement of the North West tower which is the only surviving medieval part of the castle, then moving upstairs, we have seen a couple of impressive…

Hello families! Monday was a very fun day. As always, we got up at 7:45 am to be the first to have breakfast, at 8:00 am we were all on time to avoid the line and have time to spare to brush our teeth and clean up after breakfast. The class schedules are now different, so that in the mornings we do the activities.
