Good morning parents! Today we welcomed the last students who will spend this summer around the house. It begins the second week of 5C. At 12:00 pm we celebrated the closing ceremony of those who left the house. The managers made a global assessment of the term and later the teachers delivered the diplomas to those who, for example, were the best in class or those who had improved most throughout the week. We must not forget sports diplomas (better sportsman, sports spirit … etc) nor the most important diplomas for us, such as the best partner… among others. Arriving…

Good morning parents! Yesterday we went to PortAventura and Costa Caribe!! We got up early to eat breakfast fast, hop on the buses to the parks and take advantage of the day. As you already know, not all the children go on this excursion, so the monitors prepared a set of games and activities that made the students have a great time in the house. Good morning parents! After breakfast the students went to class as every morning until break time where they could go to the bar or to play ping-pong for example. After lunch, in the afternoon, some of the students went hiking while the rest stayed at Chef Camp cooking a delicious risotto, but before these activities, we all went to the pool. Good morning moms and dads! A new day begins in Capella and to start the day with energy we do froggy games around the house with the monitors until breakfast time. Afterwards, the children went to class all morning with a short break to buy something in the bar and play with the other children. Later, after lunch, our Chef Camp students enjoyed some English confectionery classes which included cakes and the famous gingerbreads. As you know, Chef Camp students are divided into three teams; blue, red and white. These three teams compete each day with their plates to see…

Hello mums and dads, Yesterday there was the favorite party for the veterans of English Summer, the rock and roll party! The morning started as usual with froggy games and English class and at lunch there was a rock and roll introduction into what was going to come later. The afternoon was fairly relaxed due to the heat, and so the pool at 7pm was hugely appreciated. Good morning parents! We have said goodbye to the students of the 4C, and, after that we have welcomed the new students here in Poblet! We are looking forward to start this adventure and the monitors have prepared the house of La Capella in order to have everything ready to receive the new turn in our summer camps. Good morning parents! In Saturday arrived, almost without realizing, the last day of the term for some of our students. The kids that went to PortAventura or Costa Caribe had to wake up really early to have breakfast and have a lot of energy for a day full of emotions! Good morning parents! After waking up, the children who left the house they lowered their suitcases and gathered in the dining room to present the Oscars they had prepared for the monitors; Zipi-Zape, the most beautiful smile, Miss Poblet … among others. After having breakfast, the students went to their classes. Good morning parents! Thursday was the last class day in our summer camp. We woke up and we went to the dining room to have breakfast. After eating, all the students went to their English classes for their last lesson of the term. After the break, all the students took the exam that would help us see the extent of their progress during this term. ¡Buenos días mamás y papás! Ayer fue uno de los días más esperados de los campamentos; la visita a PortAventura y a Costa Caribe. Todos nos despertamos a las 7:30 para desayunar, ¡Qué madrugón!, para partir rumbo a los parques. Algunos de los niños que se quedaron en la casa realizaron actividades junto con los monitores, como por ejemplo, ir a la piscina o pintar una pancarta dando la bienvenida, «Welcome», a la vuelta del parque.
