Welcome to week 2 familes!! As you know, yesterday we spent the day at Port Aventura. The kids woke up very early and had an energetic breakfast to charge their batteries for a long day. We got into the parks, both Costa Caribe and Port Aventura, by 10 am and surprisingly there were no big crowds or long cues. The kids were divided into differrent groups taking into account the room numbers, accompanied by their respective monitors. The older ones enjoyed the most impresive rides such as Dragon Khan, Shambala, Hurakan Condor, Furius Baco and others, while the little ones spent most…

Hey hey everybody! Yesterday we began a new day with charged batteries in this summer camps. The kids were a little bit nervous about the English test that they had to do in their 3 pm to 4 pm class. This exam would guide their teacher to evaluate their level and progress during the week. Anyway, they have successfully passed and most of the children remain at the same level. Good morning families! How are you? To start the day the kids went to the Breakfast wearing their fabulous pyjamas, because… it was Pyjama Breakfast! The day was as usual in this English Camp: Grammar and vocabulary class, and after lunch one more hour of practical activities in English. The kids are learning a lot, and they have to keep working because tomorow they have the weekly exam. Hello families!!! Yesterday was a special day in English Summer Tamarit. The monitors didn’t wake up the students. A photographer and a professional cameraman came to the camp to film the daily life in English Summer: waking up, breakfast, classes, the children in the beach, jungle-trek activity, the Olympic games and the party at night. In the morning, the cameraman went room by room to record the boys and girls waking up, and then the activities in the four areas of the Froggy games. Hey everybody! What an amazing day we had yesterday! The kids woke up really excited. After their morning activities (froggy games) and a complete and huge breakfast they started their first english lessons. As you know, your children completed their placement test and we have now allocated the levels. Once again we have noticed very high levels even amongst our youngest students. We divide our students into the Cambridge levels which follow the European Framework for Languages. Good Morning! Empezamos ya el último día en English Summer Tamarit. How fast these weeks have passed by! La de anoche fue una noche llena de emociones, lagrimas y despedidas. Los niños visionaron un vídeo con las fotos del turno y después los monitores se despidieron de ellos con unas palabras preciosas. Los niños no pudieron contener las lagrimas y la mayoría decían que no querían irse. Se despidieron de amigos y compañeros, diciendo que se verían el año que viene. Good morning! Hoy nos hemos despertado muy cansados, ya que ayer tuvimos un día muy completo con una emocionante noche llena de sorpresas para todos los niños, The Froggy Awards Night! Como cada mañana nos despertamos con mucha energía y fuimos a los Froggy Games. It’s perfect to do exercice in the morning!!!!! Good Morning!! El post de hoy será un post cortito ya que estamos muy muy ajetreados preparado la fiesta de esta noche… ¡¡Y es que hoy es la noche de los FROGGY AWARDS!! Es una de las fiestas más típica y más esperada por todos los niños de los campamentos. Consta de una cena de gala y una ceremonia en la que dependiendo de las características de los niños pueden ganar un “Oscar” u otro.
