Diplomas

Good morning! Yesterday was such a busy day for everyone, full of wonderful moments and emotions. When we woke up, we tidied up our bedrooms and changed our sheets. The students leaving that morning, packed up all their clothes and take their suitcases out in the garden. All the rooms were prepared to welcome the students from V12. After having breakfast, some of the students went to mass, while the others played some sports with their English teachers. Good afternoon everybody! Yesterday we spent a wonderful day in Tamarit’s beach! We left the school at 10 o’clock and after an hour we arrived to English Summer Tamarit. During the morning, we did some activities in Tamarit’s house like nightline, paddle or recording some videos, like a lipdub of the term song «Sax». Before having lunch, we refreshed with a swim in the swimming pool, which we shared with the students from there. In the water we had the opportunity to meet them and dance together some songs. Good morning everyone!! Yesterday in the morning classes, the students had the last review of what they have done during the week. At three o’clock, they went to the classes to do the final exam. Afterwards, we continued with the daily routine, with swimming pool, clubs and Olympics. Today’s clubs were Get Thinking. Some students learnt some fun magic tricks, while the others did a gymkhana with QR codes. The rest of them, learnt some chemical reactions by building a volcano. All of them had a lot of fun! Good morning from Vallclara University! At the end of this week, some students are finishing their term, so we had a graduation party and photos day, which means that we had to dress up in our best clothes. The day progressed in the normal schedule with the last English classes before Friday’s exam, swimming pool and Olympics. Bears are heading the sports competition by now, but Eagles are doing their best with the English Challenge. Whatsmore, Bears won yesterday’s fair play points, for cheering and motivate their team during all the match. We didn’t have clubs so the students could…

Good morning everyone! Yesterday Vallclara filled with powerful superheroes running around the house doing good. But first, let me tell you how it all happened. We woke up with some exercise, as usual. After a delicious breakfast all the students went to their English classes. Suddenly, during the break, Batman, Batwoman, Superwoman and Superman appeared in Vallclara and engaged the kids to join one of the two teams. Once the students decided the team, they could create some costumes to look like Superman/woman or Batman/woman. The rest of the day progressed in the same structure as yesterday. Hello everyone and welcome to the blog of English Summer Vallclara! Yesterday we welcomed the students to the first term of English Summer in Vallclara. At 4pm started the check-ins, where the students had the opportunity to talk with their monitor for the first time. It was a great moment for meeting new students and say hello once more to returing students. At 7pm all the kids said goodbye to their parents and went to the classrooms to do their level exam, which defines the English level of each student.
