As every day we have met in the common area at 7.45 a.m. to go to the cafeteria all together. After breakfast we have gone to class. Hello everyone, It’s our last week in the language course abroad and we’re glad to tell you that this experience couldn’t be nicer. We are enjoying all the excursions and activities that ATC monitors have prepared to us, and we have made lots of new and different friends here. Good morning from the language courses abroad in Bournemouth! As every day, we have woken up at 7.15 a.m., but today it was particularly hard to get out of bed. Later on, at 7:45 a.m. we have met in the common room and a member of the jury has announced the winner of the photography contest. Guess what? Hello everyone, Are you ready to know everything we have done today in the language courses abroad? We haven’t stopped a second! At 7.45 a.m. we have met in the common area to go to breakfast. After breakfast, we have gone to visit Kilkenny Castle, a castle built in 1195 to control a fording-point of the River Nore and the junction of several routeways. We did a self-guided tour of the castle interiors which have included the so called ‘medieval room’ in the basement of the North West tower which is the only surviving medieval part of the castle, then moving upstairs, we have seen a couple of impressive…

Hello everyone, Are you ready to know everything we have done today in the language courses abroad? We haven’t stopped a second! Hello families! Monday was a very fun day. As always, we got up at 7:45 am to be the first to have breakfast, at 8:00 am we were all on time to avoid the line and have time to spare to brush our teeth and clean up after breakfast. The class schedules are now different, so that in the mornings we do the activities. Hello everyone, It’s our second day in the language course abroad and we’re glad to tell you that the weather couldn’t be nicer. It’s sunny and warm, and our residence hall is just 15min from the beach, isn’t that ideal? At 7.45 a.m. we have met in the common area to go to breakfast. The cafeteria is right next to the classes which is very handy. Hello families! How are you doing? Kids are doing well! Here I am with more news. Sunday was our free day! Children woke up at 9 o’clock, and we go to the village to have our breakfast between 10:00 and 10:30 am. But first of all, kids tidied up their rooms, and they got ready to have an incredible day. Good morning families, After a very long day we have finally arrived in Bournemouth. St Giles staff were waiting for us and after a brief introduction, they have showed us our bedrooms. Most of us share flat with international students, so we will have to speak as much English as possible during the two following weeks. We have unpacked and left the room ready for the night. Hello families! Welcome back to the blog! On Saturday kids learned a lot of new things about Ireland! We had a ‘Full Day Tour’ at the National Heritage Park in Wexford with an ATC Activities Leader. Wexford is a town that was founded by the Vikings in about 800 AD, and to get there had to took a 2 hours bus to the south of Ireland! When we arrived, the children had lunch and enjoyed a tour at the National Heritage Park.
