Dear parents, Today has been a special day in Vallclara that is called “Vallclarua” in polynesian. As yesterday the students found the crown of the king, today there weren’t Froggy Games. So, we slept until half past eight! Breakfast was as tasty as always and we enjoyed it by monitor’s group. The students went to class at ten o’clock for the first lesson and after the small break they did more English class. Today’s lunch was spaghetti carbonara and meat which the children ate happily. Dear parents, Today was Photos Day! We started the day activating our body by running and playing games before breakfast. After our first English class we had a little break when we dressed with the t-shirt of the school and took photos by monitors’ groups. As always, we did English Challenge and played World Championship, the competition is really fought. In the English Challenge, Geese are doing better and faster the English activities. However, in the Olympics, Foxes and Eagles are winning almost every match they do. After the photos, the students came back to the classes with a different…

Good morning mums and dads!!! How are you? We are very sad, because the term is almost over… Nevertheless, we are having a great time and enjoying these last days together. Yestarday the day went as usual in Vallclara: class, lunch, pool, clubs and olympics. Last night we did a gyncana related with Game of Thrones. Some monitors and MP’s made a film for us. Good morning from Vallclara! Yesterday all the students woke up at 8 o’clock to play some froggy games. The rest of the day went as usual: the students attended to class during the morning and they enjoyed the pool in the afternoon. Yesterday’s clubs were Get Active. The olympic teams played a few games from different parts of the world. They also played with a parachute and a giant twister and also tried not to fall down from the slackline. Dear Parents, Your children have now completed their placement test and we have now allocated the levels. Once again we have noticed very high levels even amongst our youngest students. We divide our students into the Cambridge levels which follow the European Framework for Languages. Please remember that various classes are at the same level and will be studying the same material. Greetings from the sunny Vallclara! Yesterday it was a really exiting day for everyone. It was the first day of english classes, swimming pool, different  clubs and, of course, our first thematic party. Yesterday’s night we had the Olypmpic Games party. Children were divided into teams and a competition with obsticles was waiting for them in the playground of the camp. Each team created their own anthem, choosed their team leader and was totally prepared to gain their first points in Olympyc Games. The air of Vallclara was full of competitiveness  and children’s enthusiasm. We are going to have so much fun together…

Good morning! The term has come to an end and yesterday we started the farewells. We woke up with an English Breakfast prepared. Rosa and the rest of the cookers prepared some eggs, bacon, baked beans and mini-sausages. Everything was delicious and we enjoyed the meal very much! During the morning, the students went to class as usual. They reviewed the week’s lessons to study for the afternoon’s exam. After having lunch, they did the exam, which went pretty well. Clubs

Good morning from sunny but windy Vallclara! Yesterday the day progressed as usual. The students had the last English classes before the final exam on Thursday. We went to the swimming pool and did clubs. Yesterday were Get Active, with the slackline, the games around the world or the big games. According to sports, the Olympic final classification is each time more defined. However, the students are still giving their best to end in the best position. Also, the World Championship semifinals are being played, which gives points to the Olympics too, so all the students are going to cheer…

Vallclarua

Good morning from Vallclarua! Yesterday Vallclara turned into the Polynesian Vallclarua town! During the day, photos and video were taken, so all the students got dressed up. The day progressed as usual, as we want to show the parents what we do in our daily routine. During snack time, the group pictures were taken, so each student could have a good memory of their monitors and roommates. In the swimming pool was time for team pictures. Also, they played in the water with the waterproof camera, but the best part was when all the students took a photo while jumping…
